As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You can check your delivery status at any time on our Track Order page by entering your order number.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Email us as soon as possible at support@lawsonreed-newyork.com. After that window, or once your order has shipped, you'll need to go through our returns process once it arrives.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

Yes, some exceptions apply, including partial refunds for used, damaged, or items not in their original condition.
